Skate NZ (New Zealand Federation of Roller Sports Inc) is the governmental recognised controlling body of Roller Sports in New Zealand. It is affiliated to the international roller skating body, (FIRS), the NZ Olympic Committee Inc and is recognised by SPARC.

The NZ Federation of Roller Sports Inc (NZFRS) is comprised of two internal Roller Sports Bodies and two affiliated independently incorporated Roller Sports Bodies:

- Artistic Roller Skating	- In-Line Speed Roller Skating
- Roller Hockey (Affliated)	- Inline Roller Hockey (Affiliated)

The NZFRS, under the Skate NZ banner, conducts National, Area and Regional Championships annually, and Oceania Championsips bi-annually.
